The staff were welcoming, but the spa and swimming pool were disappointing: the spa staff ate food in the studio and the smell lingered, the pool was too small and seemed unclean.

The location and ambience were good, and there was nothing negative.

Breakfast was excellent, but floor 3 was noisy from the boardrooms on that floor, and the second room we got had mold on the walls; after we complained, the manager gave us a different room.

Clean room, excellent service. Staff very helpfull. Safe is not fixed in room. The first room given had mould on the walls. Rooms on the 6th floor was very noisy from the boardrooms on the floor
