The location is close to work, but my $75 deposit wasn’t refunded because they claimed my wave cap bled on the old rewashed, yellow stained pillow cases; how is $25 justifiable? These owners are ripping people off with bs reasons to keep a deposit. WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR BOOK WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!

Check your account for your refund! They will find any and everything to try to keep it, and the staff’s attitude when calling to ask why I didn’t get my full deposit back was terrible.

The swimming pool was not working.

I got a non smoking room but the hallway smelled like smoke, and the place is not secure because the back door remains open.
