The establishment is very well located with easy access to the city center. When I arrived, the rates had been increased, exceeding my budget. The establishment had not communicated any potential online pricing error beforehand, citing a fear of cancellation, which is regrettable. Moreover, the advertised breakfast on request is not actually offered, so it’s advisable to plan an alternative or go outside for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, but even after multiple reminders, towels never arrived until we checked out.

I skipped breakfast, but appreciated the helpful customer service team, the managers’ communication and understanding, the parking lot, and the staff’s welcome. However, staff miscommunication bothered me, the service was lacking, the tap and electricity were missing, and I didn’t sleep in the room I had booked because the spot changed.
