The location was very good, knowing exactly where you are. The bed was crooked, but the double pillow helped as a wedge. The elevator was free on weekends, then paid. Overall, decent for its price and location, with a correct host.

The apartment was nice and had a balcony. After two days, there was a mess and nobody cleaned it, even though staff came daily to change towels. To use the elevator, the apartment on the 4th floor requires a 5‑cent coin in the machine inside the elevator; otherwise it won’t work. Finding coins was a problem. 😀

The apartment was tidy, the shower was modern, and the bed was comfortable. However, I struggled to get clear answers about how to access the apartment before our flight, and the responses were generic—like the note about needing small euro coins for the lift in the morning. I had told them my husband had mobility issues but got no help, so we had to descend eight flights of stairs. The breakfast at the café was subpar, and there were no non-sweet options unless you paid extra.

Good location, new and clean room. 1. There is no staff at the hotel. I was on a business trip and needed a receipt; the staff promised to send it but then simply ignored me. They are probably just trying to avoid paying taxes. 2. You can't take the elevator up to the hotel on the 4th floor unless you pay for the ride with a coin. Hello, Naples! 3. The doors between the rooms are very thin. My neighbors were having sex all night, and I could hear absolutely everything through the door. I didn't get any sleep
