The property looked good with a stunning view. We didn’t actually stay there when we arrived; the hotel had cancelled the wrong date!!! And they were fully booked so there wasn’t a room available for us. Hence our odd review. We assumed the hotel would have informed you regarding this?? The hotel found us alternative accommodation; the gentleman on reception was very helpful and apologetic. It rather spoilt the start of our holiday and a long drive to that hotel we weren’t even offered a complimentary drink while we were waiting for them to confirm alternative accommodation. We were under the impression that they would pick up the cost as it was their mistake but we paid at the alternative accommodation. I feel we should be refunded for the inconvenience.

Loved the location, a bit outside but easy access to bus and 5 Min ride to the old town. Nice vie from the room. Clean. nothing to complain but if I had a wish free, I would ask for a minibar fridge to store some bits and bobs of groceries purchesed for hiking pick nicks
