The room was the right size and the bathroom matched that, but there was no breakfast; instead, the reception offered coffee and snacks at a very reasonable price. The receptionist was quite unfriendly, and the setting doesn’t feel suitable for families with children.

The responsible staff member is a notorious liar and unfortunately also disrespectful. The employee lied repeatedly and behaved disrespectfully.

Great spot near the airport. The rooms are simple yet pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is far from the nearest train station if you need to head downtown Amsterdam, and the front of the building could use a cleaner, nicer look.

Nothing much to note. The lady was hard to understand, the coffee machine didn’t work, and there was nowhere to eat. The bathroom was poorly finished and the beds sagged. On the other hand, you could get food both in the evening and very early in the morning.
