Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The room was quite small, and the breakfast offered very limited variety, especially for international guests. There was an abundance of pastries and sweet items, but very few savory options. I personally don’t eat sweet food for breakfast, and I believe the hotel should provide a more balanced selection to accommodate guests with different preferences. The only fresh vegetables available were tomatoes and cucumbers, which was rather disappointing. The breakfast service was also inconsistent. We noticed that the waiters regularly approached other tables to ask guests what they would like to drink. However, during our 7-night stay, they came to our table only once, which made us feel overlooked. The check-in experience was not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel either. Instead of being welcomed and given a brief introduction to the hotel’s facilities and services, we were simply handed an envelope containing all the information. While the information itself was useful, the approach felt impersonal and not particularly professional. Another issue was the shower. The water pressure was very poor whenever using warm water—it only trickled out, even though our room was on the second floor. Oddly enough, the pressure was perfectly normal when using cold water. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was also unreliable. Every evening after around 8:00 p.m., the internet became unusable, while in the mornings it worked without any issues. Overall, this was not the level of quality or service we expected from a 4-star hotel. Considering the price we paid, we do not feel the experience offered good value for money

The room had a view of the beach, but the construction site next door spoiled it; the pool was okay but had only a few loungers. Breakfast could improve—scrambled eggs were served in a yellow soup, which is probably a common preparation method.

I loved everything except the restaurant; the ingredients were low quality and the menu was misleading – it promised more than it delivered. The kitchen staff were a bit inexperienced, with some servers clearly new to the job.

The hotel is great, especially its location near both the sea and Viale Ceccarini, and the pool is comfortable with friendly, discreet staff. Breakfast was plentiful, offering a wide range of sweet and savory items. Unfortunately, our room faced a construction site just a few meters from the balcony, and the standard room felt very cramped.
