“This hotel is not a place that anyone should stay at.”

The hotel’s location was great for the wedding we were attending, and the view from the rooms was breathtaking. However, it was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. We never received a key card and were forced to go to the lobby to be escorted into our room. The staff assured us someone would always be available to let us in, yet when we returned at 9 pm there was no one on the property to unlock our door, leaving us locked out. I also suspect the breakfast caused me food poisoning.

I loved the view and the room was nice, but the distance to 7 and 11 was far.

The view was nice and they gave us an electricity card so we could keep the AC running while we were out, yet the place was far from everything, a lousy spot that forced us to take taxis wherever we needed to go, the cleaning staff never really washed the rooms and didn’t change the sheets in the seven days we were there, the heat pump was terrible and we had to clean its filters ourselves, the climate was poor and the shower pressure weak, the power cut out once during our stay, the cleaning crew switched off the AC after cleaning which left the room sweltering and humid, the fridge couldn’t be set so all our drinks froze, and the bed was absurdly hard.
