Easy access, clear reception, fantastic rooms, wonderful breakfast, I loved everything. The external area and nearby streets around the hotel were dirty; as a tourist town it looks very shabby.

Everything about this place impressed me – the hospitality, the food and the spotless rooms never let me down. The staff were unusually friendly and even let us take an extra breakfast back to the room on our last day so we wouldn’t go hungry on the road. The only downside was the cost of bottled water; we ended up paying 7 reais for a 500 ml bottle when we forgot to buy any locally. I’ll definitely book again for my next trip to Maceió.

A pleasant, quiet spot in Maceió where the staff were always on hand and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and the hotel felt clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

The location is superb – right where you want to be – which made getting around a breeze. On the flip side, the overall service from the staff could have been a bit more attentive.
