The rooms are very clean and spacious, the location is quite central for working in Bada Bazaar, and the reception staff are helpful and assisted me well; the only downside is the limited breakfast options, though this is acceptable for the value for money.

The spot is great, just 20 minutes to Park Street, and the food was amazing. The first day’s service lagged, but after we asked, it got better.

The staff were warm and the place stayed spotless.

What we liked most were the location, the ambience, and especially our room. The bed linen could have been cleaner, as earlier guests have noted. The food is decent but pricey—steamed rice runs about 245-275 per plate, which is acceptable for a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel. Some staff at the breakfast area keep arguing, giving off odd vibes, and a few seem to monitor how many servings guests take.

Food was excellent. All types of cuisine were cooked to perfection. I personally thanked all the chefs and the executive chef as well. A travel desk is absent and the front office were not able to help us with some contacts for local transport
