The chalet was good and the rooms were bigger. The hotel was understaffed and felt like you were left on your own. We only received condiments, towels, glasses, and bare necessities after repeated requests, and the quality was not good. The food didn’t match the menu price and was very ordinary. The hotel again didn’t help with cabs or taxis for local sightseeing; we always got a better deal through other means, and nearby hotels were more helpful with travel arrangements. The caretaker seems overburdened and has little help to manage everything.

We had a really lovely stay at The Bagh Kufri. The property is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by mountains, so the whole vibe was very relaxing. Our room was clean, cozy and had a beautiful view. ❤️ The staff was polite and helpful, and the food was also really good, especially the breakfast. As a couple, we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the quality time here. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely love to stay here again whenever we visit Kufri. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful mountain stay! 🏔️❤️

Had a really lovely stay at The Bagh Kufri. The property is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and greenery, with amazing views all around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The staff was very warm and helpful, the host is very humble and supportive and the food was also really good. Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing experience away from the usual hustle and bustle. Would definitely love to visit again!!!
