The room had a washing machine and kitchenware and was clean, but the blanket was not very good—just a sheet that fell off easily.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was near Nakajima‑Koen Station, easy to reach even on snowy roads. The bathroom’s door and the corner of the floor were dirty, which could have been avoided with better upkeep.

The location and in‑room amenities were spot on, and there were no complaints at all.

There was a washing machine and a kitchen, but the towels smelled like they hadn’t been washed, the bed offered no support and the pillows were almost flat, making sleep terrible, and the location was remote.
