Breakfast was delicious! Hot water was supplied steadily, and the staff were very helpful—any issues were addressed promptly. When another guest fell ill, the front desk arranged an ambulance and assistance. Even though the room faced the street, the noise was minimal. The room temperature was a bit low, so I had to borrow a heater.

It’s a 10‑minute walk from the Weapon Plaza, and the hot water is very reliable. The front desk provides hot water and can also give you filtered drinking water. The room is a bit cooler than outside, so you can borrow a heater from the front desk. Breakfast was great, with many choices and bread paired with your order; you can eat very full. I also stored luggage there after returning from Machu Picchu. The room is a bit cooler than outside, and I’m not sure if different rooms differ.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The accommodations were old; I missed a wardrobe in my room and a larger sink. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast could have offered more options. Overall, for a cost‑effective stay, it’s worth it.
