All the front‑desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We used three different suites and all had very old mattresses—firm and uncomfortable. Breakfast has the same menu every day, which gets boring if you stay for more than a few days.

I didn’t like it – the curtain fell, there was a cigarette smell in the room, the sofa was dusty, and my allergies flared up hard; I had to leave to buy disposable cups because none were available. I asked for a towel because there was no spare on the second day, the staff brought one (we were two people) but didn’t replace it. The blankets were thin and old. The cigarette odor, old facilities, thin blankets, and lack of towels were all issues.

The apartment was fully equipped, clean, and well‑located, with a good breakfast service; everything else was fine. However, on arrival the temperature was high and there was no water at the reception, so I had to wait over an hour to get a refill and ended up buying elsewhere—just a small tweak needed for that outsourced restaurant service.
