The room was huge and I could use the lounge for breakfast and drinks; the pool was gorgeous, the hotel offered all the usual perks and the service was solid, and the spot was convenient. The dinner restaurant/bar was acceptable but didn’t match the quality of the rest.

The room, bed, restaurant and pool area were all top‑class. The staff’s service felt a touch lacking compared to the hotel’s overall level, but I’d still consider coming back.

The rooms were modern, tidy and cozy. Being on the upper floors gave great views of downtown and the port, and the hotel sits in the business district just above Shenton Way MRT, so getting around Singapore is easy. Taxis are plentiful too. Breakfast was varied and mostly good, though the items kept in the heat lamp were often lukewarm.

The staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms were spotless and the bathroom was fantastic.
