The stay was not great at all. We noticed a very troubling situation that needs urgent attention: six pigeons were kept individually in small cages. The conditions were clearly unsuitable and stressful for the birds, who were exposed to the sun for extended periods, showed constant head‑nodding stress behavior, and had neither enough space nor enrichment. Such treatment is completely outdated and violates basic animal welfare standards. The isolation and cramped cages are extremely problematic for the animals. We urge the hotel management to reconsider this practice and take immediate steps to improve the situation. Until changes are made, we cannot recommend this hotel.

The room was very pretty, very clean, the pool was great, the food was good, and the staff were very kind. The only drawback is the location up in the hills; if you don’t know how to drive a scooter, it’s a problem, and taxis are very expensive there. The location, the taxis are very expensive, there is no Grab, you can rent a scooter directly at the hotel. If you don’t know how to drive, it’s a problem; the location is in the hills.

“Nice stay at a good value”

The rooms were spacious and the area stayed quiet. The beds felt comfy and the linens were good quality. The pool was large and well kept. The air conditioner cooled efficiently and was silent. The shower water was warm. The on‑site restaurant served generous portions, tasty food of good quality. The staff were genuinely friendly. I would have liked the bungalow porch seating to be more comfortable; the wooden upright chairs were meant for a dining table and were not at all cozy. Luckily, there’s plenty of comfy seating around the pool, so that’s fine.

Direkt vor Ort der Rollerverleih und auf Anfrage wurde das Zimmer direkt gereinigt. Pool war auch gut. Bauarbeiten direkt nebenan, die etwas laut waren. Außerdem konnte das Personal zu 99% kein Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwert hat. Katzen die frei rumlaufen und vermatschte Augen hatten und immer ins Zimmer wollten. Essen definitiv NICHT zu empfehlen, da ich vom Pad Thai eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen habe und 3 Tage flach im Zimmer lag. Lage auch nicht atemberaubend und am besten nicht zu nah an Hunden an den Straßenseite in der Nähe fahren
