The place is beautiful, clean, and organized; the kitchen is spacious and the bathrooms are always clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
“Não me hospedaria novamente.”
Good price and located on Flores Island, but a never‑ending hold‑up at check‑in because my arrival was at 19h; I found the repeated questioning and the suggestion that the reservation might be cancelled unpleasant. There’s a lot of external noise in the room.
The location was convenient, but the bathrooms and kitchen were really dirty, the staff were not very friendly and hardly present. When we went down to have breakfast at 4:00 a.m. the hostel door was wide open and the backpacks left by guests to be stored during the Tikal tour were hanging right in front of the open door and unattended.
Thank you, next time I’ll come to see the facilities.
The place is in a great spot, the staff were friendly, and the kitchen was fully equipped.
