The hotel is easy to locate in a small town in a lovely valley. There’s street parking and a nearby public car park. The hosts are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well equipped and very quiet. The restaurant serves excellent food at very reasonable prices.

The room was very pleasant, very clean, and the bedding was good. The bathroom was completely renovated with a walk‑in shower. The hotel was very quiet, the rooms were well sound‑proofed (no noise at all). The dining room and breakfast area were very enjoyable. The only downside was that there was just one night table.

The room was clean and the reception was welcoming, but the view was of thorny bushes and other plants. Breakfast was hearty, but dinner offered no real choice compared to last year at the same time – the three‑course menu included spaghetti bolo, al pesto, and ravioli trot cuit. The evening dinner was disappointing.
