I was really disappointed when I found out that the hotel had a weird policy about couples needing to have the same surname to check in. It's not something you'd think to mention when booking, and it felt like a major oversight on their part. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel's location was a major plus, making it super easy to get around. The room itself was a decent size and was spotlessly clean, which was a relief. However, the bathroom was a different story - the tiles and shower floor were disgustingly dirty, and to make matters worse, the toilet seat lid was broken. Overall, it's a shame the cleanliness issues overshadowed the hotel's other redeeming qualities.

The hotel's central location is definitely one of its strongest points - it's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around on foot. However, the noise from the nearby bars and clubs can be a real issue, especially if you're a light sleeper. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. The room itself was small but spotless, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The hotel had some decent qualities, but the state of the coffee cups really put a damper on things. When I checked in, I was a bit taken aback to see that the used spoon was still in the room, left alongside the clean coffee cups. It felt pretty gross, and I couldn't shake the feeling that the cups might not have been properly washed. Luckily, I was able to give them a good wash before using them, but it was a bit of a hassle.

The hotel's location is pretty central, but the lack of an in-house pantry was a bit of a letdown. On the bright side, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to order food from nearby restaurants for us. It's not the end of the world, but it would've been nice to have some basic snacks available on site. Still, the staff's efforts made up for it, and we appreciated their help in getting us what we needed.
