Front desk staff were very courteous, attentive and professional; the accommodations were excellent and well maintained, but a 12 pm checkout would have been nicer instead of 11 am, especially since two of the four rooms weren’t ready at check‑in, which makes a later time harder to prepare for the next guests.

The staff was great, but the reservation wasn't in the system. They had to call to fix that, checked us in, and then called back to resolve it. I've had this issue with booking before; this process needs to be fixed.

The place was spotlessly clean, and honestly, there was nothing I could complain about.

The location was great, and I couldn't find any issues to mention.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, starting with the chaotic check-out process. When I went to the front desk, no one was there, and I had to call multiple times to get someone to attend to me. My room was in a deplorable state, with a broken door and a dirty environment. To make matters worse, the heating system didn't work in my room, making my stay even more uncomfortable.
