The hotel was overall clean; the fridge and stove were tidy. Parking was good, and the staff was friendly. It was good value for the time I stayed. I was there for business. The location was okay, but the surrounding demographic was a bit rough. A homeless guy lived in his car next to the building, and I could hear an angry mom and kids crying down the hallway.

The location is fine. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel linen were dirty; the refrigerator needed to be replaced, and there was no coffee.

“This is not a hotel, this is a low budget housing complex”

The bedding smelled clean, like bleach. The staff was less than pleasant. The GM took a call while checking us in and said they’d call back once they were done “dealing” with us…assisting is the correct word, for future reference. The check‑out lady was even worse—just rude. The room had one towel for three adults and no trash can. The lamp was splattered with something red…I hope it was ketchup. The smell was a mix of funk and strong deodorizers they were using to cover the funk. Even though I appreciate a pet‑friendly place, the dog barking at 3 am was pretty annoying. I was thinking all the screaming kids would keep me awake. And let me not forget the hallway lurkers! Standing by the stairs before following us outside, watching us as we went to our car. To make things more fun, they even asked for money as we were entering our room! I understand you get what you pay for, but for this price, they need to replace the lumpy pillows and their attitudes.
