The atmosphere in the Kulturfabrik is special, surrounded by green space and next to a friendly beer garden. Breakfast is a highlight.

The place is interesting with a cinema and cultural offerings. Breakfast is great, partly homemade and regional. The attached restaurant is top‑class. It’s in the countryside, but the city is within walking distance. There’s a bike parking spot. The rooms are simple but sufficient.

The apartments sit on a very nice, largely natural and spacious property with a wonderful view of nature. Inside the apartment is clean and well furnished, and the staff are friendly. The shower is very small with a high step‑up. The former factory rooms were really well renovated, but the breakfast area is not very suitable for guests – it’s cramped at the buffet, with long walks from the tables that have steps. Because of space constraints, part of the buffet was set up in the open kitchen, but guests probably don’t want anything from a hotel kitchen for hygienic reasons. The lovely terrace at our apartment was totally neglected, with cobwebs, grass clumps, and weeds. Apparently the house cat used it as a litter box. I complained and was promised a fix, but the animal mess was still there when we left. That should not happen. It’s a real shame for such a great concept and beautiful location.
