The location works, but the hotel needs an overhaul—rooms are very narrow, the bedding isn’t clean, service is poor, they couldn’t supply milk tea because the milk was empty, and the reception staff were very rude.

I was excited to stay at this hotel, which is located near the sea beach and has a landmark status. However, my enthusiasm was short-lived, as the hotel failed to deliver on its promises. Despite booking a room with a bathtub, I was not provided with one, which was a major disappointment. I hope the hotel management will take steps to rectify this issue and ensure that future guests are not misled in the same way.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, which is conveniently located midway between the train station and bus stand. The front office manager was polite and welcoming, but unfortunately, the hotel fell short in other areas. The linens in my room were dirty and unhygienic, and it took an inordinate six hours for the housekeeper to change the duvet cover after I brought it to their attention.
