The underground spa was amazing—truly a once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience! Having a private pool and a sauna/steam room was great, and the speaker, sun loungers, and a bottle of prosecco added to the fun. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was included. The upstairs area could use some upkeep or redecorating; paint is peeling off the walls, and there’s mould on a bathroom wall, which is a shame since the downstairs spa was excellent. The bed needs a mattress topper and thicker pillows.

The spa area in the suite was fantastic, like nothing we’ve ever experienced before. A private setting to relax as a couple. We really enjoyed it. Nothing else.

We would highly recommend this property. We spent three fabulous nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Luca is a fabulous host with great tips on places to see and pleasant conversation. The location is perfect, on the edge of Lecce old town and very quiet and peaceful… We would definitely return.

We loved the exclusive spa room; the photos don’t do it justice. If you get the chance, I’d recommend it. The spa bath is huge, with one rainfall shower and two additional showers, plus a steam room and sauna. It was a great base for exploring Lecce, and the spa was well used after a busy day of sightseeing. Breakfast was extensive, and we received a lovely gift when we left. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked good. Nothing else to add.

It’s completely private—those who book the spa room get a hot tub but no spa access in the other suite. It felt too good to be true. The host, Luca, was very accommodating and helpful with local recommendations, parking assistance, and a solid breakfast in the mornings. The location is amazing, right on the edge of the old town so you can walk to all the best restaurants and tourist sites in Lecce in 10 minutes or less. Some reviews mention the immediate surroundings as seedy, but I found the neighborhood very nice and had multiple friendly conversations with locals.
