A balcony view of the vineyards and the Adriatic is lovely, but you’ll need a car to reach the town.

The apartment is very roomy, complete with a kitchen, separate bedroom, and air conditioning, and there’s a seating area behind the house with a pool for those who enjoy one; the parking space is ample, yet a car is required because the place sits in the hills. The photos show a nice terrace with great views that we assumed we could use, but it’s actually reserved for winery guests only, not for room guests; the views from the seating area behind the house are unremarkable and there’s no sea view at all. The hosts help when needed, but they’re not especially friendly and only send messages in Slovenian, which Booking doesn’t translate automatically.

The surroundings are peaceful, the pool is great, and the staff is very friendly.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards with breathtaking scenery and a view of the entire Slovenian coast; the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
