Parking was super convenient on floors 3‑5, the spots weren’t too crowded, which I loved; there’s a convenience store downstairs and the area is lively. The décor feels a bit dated, I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom, and the breakfast was rather simple.

Parking and transport are easy, plus they offer electric car charging spots, giving good value. The parking entrance is very narrow, so a larger SUV needs to be careful passing through; the room’s facilities are old and the soundproofing isn’t great.
