Everything is extraordinarily beautiful and pleasant, from the staff to the dining room, where variety and quality abound within good organization that is truly appreciated. Special mention for Amaya, the receptionist, efficient and tireless, who helps with any question or issue. Everything is great, to the point that we can spend a large part of the day on the hotel’s premises thanks to its magnificent pool, café with a great terrace, etc. etc. We will return. It’s all a pleasure. Thanks for everything.
Good location, comfortable beds and relatively clean rooms. We had breakfast and dinner, the food wasn’t good but wasn’t horrible, there was usually some edible options and good selection of fruits and yogurts. The guy who worked at the dinner buffet was a little rude and treating customers like they’re at a school, there was long lines to enter the dinner buffet. Taking a coffee outside after breakfast to have a cigarette was treated like a big deal, the whole area outside and around the pool is technically for the bar so you are not allowed to consume your own drinks or food but the prices at the bar were good. The Spa name is a bit misleading, the solarium mentioned is only the beds around the pool and not an actual solarium and the hamam is a steam sauna. The saunas were clean and fine but not strong (hot) enough. For the price, I would say it exceeded my expectations, it was pretty cheap in September. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating so were the cleaning ladies. Only the restaurant/bar staff were a little rude at times. If you are on a budget I would recommend this place. It saved us a lot of money to eat breakfast and dinner there and we were still close the beaches and the city
