“Decent stay close to US-VAC. But disappointing staff.”

I appreciated the late‑night check‑in, but the staff were not very friendly and seemed greedy about every little thing. The room wasn’t cleaned on the second day. I paid for a full day so my parents could rest for a few hours before their afternoon trip, yet the staff wouldn’t let me stay with them because of a “no visitor” rule. I paid a full day for a three‑hour stay and still had to pay extra for myself. They fought with me over that. The rooms themselves aren’t very impressive either.

“Best hotel”

We stayed here for a family trip and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff made us feel right at home and were very attentive to all our needs. The food quality was great with plenty of choices. Everyone in our family enjoyed the stay.

The location was fine, but the front desk was vengeful and manipulative. Because I declined to pay the early‑check‑in fee—something they had originally agreed would not be charged—they handed me a used, unclean, and very small room even though I had paid for a deluxe one. After the room was cleaned, something was missing from the room.

“Avoid this one”

The location was okay, but the front desk lacked professionalism. I received a dirty room where the bed linen hadn’t been changed after the previous guest. I had booked a larger room, and because we couldn’t agree on the early‑check‑in fee, the staff retaliated by giving me a small, shabby room. It isn’t the best choice for single women travelers.
