“Hotel chiuso per via dell'alluvione”

The structure was abandoned, yet some lights were on on the upper floor? The building was closed following the flood that destroyed many activities and areas, so be careful when booking because we discovered it was abandoned when we arrived in the evening, even though we had paid everything and no one had warned us. Booking offered a refund solution to pay for another place, but with a few hours’ delay, and since we were already late that evening, we found a well‑provided hotel just behind the same.

Nothing to say positively. Unfortunately, we didn’t stay here because the hotel was already closed when we arrived; we had to scramble for accommodation at 22.00 that night.

“Scam. Don't go!”

The hotel was shut down and we were never told; it feels like a scam. The worst possible experience – the place was closed and we were left in the dark.

Getting to the accommodation was convenient, about 3 km from Kimm Yong market. There is no lift, so older guests might struggle with the stairs.
