Everything that makes a place feel genuinely welcoming rather than just luxurious. The facilities are beautiful, clean, peaceful and exceptionally well maintained. The pool, saunas, jacuzzi and salt room created the perfect environment to slow down and reconnect with myself. What truly made this stay special was Claudia. She is the kind of host who doesn’t just provide a service—she creates an experience. Her warmth, attention and genuine hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The whole atmosphere felt personal, peaceful and authentic. And the massage with Monica was extraordinary—a beautiful blend of physical therapy and Reiki that I will remember for a long time. Honestly, leaving was tough. 😂 I originally came for two nights, expecting a nice spa getaway. I didn’t expect the place, the people and the experience to become such a memorable part of my trip. If anything, I wish I had booked longer.
