The linen and shower area were clean, the room was ready with all the necessary items, the common areas were quiet, hot water was available 24 hrs, and drinking water was provided. However, bed bugs were present, the toilet was extremely compact and difficult for a tall person like me, the property was large enough to have a lift but didn’t, and they could have offered at least a morning tea if not breakfast.
