The room was fairly small, but everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the lamps were powerful even near the bed, and the location was right in the middle of the action in St. Pauli; the room stayed quiet and the sounds of nightlife didn’t bleed in. The staff at our arrival weren’t very accommodating at first, but it improved later. There’s no elevator in the building, so if you’re on the fourth floor you’ll have to climb a few flights.

Die Lage ist gut, U-, S-Bahn und Bus in unmittelbarer Entfernung. Im Mülleimer waren keine Beutel, die Ablagen im Bad waren nicht gereinigt, die vorhandenen Tassen nicht gespült. Kein Fahrstuhl. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar in einer Seitenstraße der Reeperbahn. Wenn man seine Nachtruhe braucht: bitte nicht dort buchen. Das Hotel mit 16 Zimmern wird überwiegend von Jugendlichen genutzt, die zu div. Uhrzeiten kommen und gehen. Im Haus nebenan ist eine Diskothek, die Bässe sind bis 4.00 Uhr morgens zu hören

Unfortunately, nothing worked. The hotel room was dirty, the staff at check‑in were very unfriendly, the pillow wasn’t covered, and the bathroom was completely moldy. The staff also entered the room even though there was a “please do not disturb” sign outside; I was sleeping and the door suddenly opened.
