The location was the only decent thing about this hotel. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The bed was broken, the sheets were stained, and the room had no window - just a wall of glass with a view of the road, which you wouldn't want to open, or you'd be on display. The road noise was deafening, and the air conditioning in the bathroom was so loud it sounded like a jet engine. To top it all off, I had to kill a massive cockroach and there were loads of tiny ones crawling around.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. The staff was completely unhelpful, refusing to communicate with me in English. I'd sent them a message, but they claimed I hadn't replied, so they'd let my room go at 9 pm when I could check in until 12. This left me stuck in Ho Chi Minh without a place to stay, and I'd advise against booking here.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, and the location was really convenient for getting around. My room was spotless, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. My only gripe was that the furniture was a bit old, but it was still clean. I'd booked the room for 330,000 VND, but for some reason, the price was adjusted later on.
