“i liked it but it could be better”

I really loved how clean and beautiful the hotel is, the beds are fluffy and comfy, and the location is great – cafés and bars are just around the corner, everything is close to the metro and buses. The downside: the air‑con didn’t work, making it hard to sleep in August’s heat, and the plugs by the headboard were all tangled; you have to slide your hand to plug in, which should be fixed.

“Excellent location and superb value”

Excellent spot near Taksim Square and Galata Tower, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The room is spacious, has air‑con, and the bed is comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly, and public transport is convenient. The noise from a nearby nightclub is something to keep in mind – not the hotel’s fault. The shower was tricky to use, and the safe in the room didn’t work; the staff couldn’t fix it, which was inconvenient.

Yilmaz was the only good thing about the place. The noise was unsuitable for families, the air‑conditioning was broken for three days, the bed was said to be broken, the sheets were dirty, yellowed and full of ants.

Yilmaz and staff are friendly, clean and comfortable and overall the atmosphere is amazing. Everything was 10/10
