The owner we booked through never passed on the reservation and was unreachable; after three phone calls, they first told us we could pick another place after 45 minutes, but by the third call that option vanished and we had to head home.

We loved the park, the way they tend the grounds, and the perfect spacing between the bungalows. We stayed in bungalow 7, which apparently isn’t part of the park; I asked the owner twice before arriving about details relevant to a four‑night stay from Portugal and only got an answer to the first query. On arrival the duvet was dirty, the bottom sheet was actually a physiotherapy mat, there was only one bath towel per person (one of them stained), no face towels, and no dishcloths at all.

Great location by the lake, beautiful campsite, friendly reception staff. Warning: this accommodation isn’t part of the campsite. It’s a private person who has a cabin built in the campsite. We had an issue with the hot water boiler at the start; probably the gas cylinders were empty. We were there for Easter and unfortunately the cabin couldn’t be heated properly with the old heating system.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, but what really stood out was the staff's ability to speak multiple languages, which made communication a breeze. However, I did have some issues with the hotel's communication, particularly when it came to checking in and getting information about the hotel's services. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness and comfort made up for it, and I ended up having a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.
