Everything fit and we were very satisfied! Nothing to criticize.
The hosts were very friendly and supplied plenty of regional information. The location is excellent, and the bus stop is practically in front of the door. The shower is completely unsuitable for heavier guests, which is the only drawback. Breakfast could use some improvement.
The owners were very friendly and immediately helpful with any questions or problems. The place was very clean. The balcony offers a nice view of the mountains, and the water pressure in the bathroom is always good. The bus stops for the hiking bus are right outside the door, and parking is convenient. The shower is very narrow, even for people who are not very large. The faucet at the sink needs new seals, and a single‑lever mixing valve might be worth considering. Although everything necessary was always available at breakfast, a bit more variety would have been nice.

We stopped by Alphof Schwaiger while passing through and spent one night with our dog. The welcome was very warm, making us feel comfortable right away. After asking to reserve a table at the nearby restaurant, we were promptly offered suggestions for afternoon activities. Breakfast was also good. Will come back again. The beds felt too firm for us.
