The location is great, with easy access to the city entrance and other attractions. The rooms are spacious, the reception is attentive, and the breakfast is well‑served for the price paid. The hotel meets basic expectations for the rate. However, a few issues lowered my rating: first, the shower box in one room was too small, making bathing difficult and it didn’t seal properly, causing water to leak. Second, the overall bathroom cleanliness needs attention—tiles were grimy and walls had mold or damp marks. Third, the bed was noisy, which is a big drawback for anyone needing a quiet night’s sleep.

The staff were very friendly and the location is great, plus the breakfast was excellent! However, I didn’t like the cleanliness: I arrived to find hair in the room, the bathrooms smelled bad and were dirty, needing maintenance; the floor in the rooms was in poor condition; the hair dryer was broken, so I had to ask the reception for a replacement; the air‑conditioning didn’t work, and the TV lacked Netflix for families with kids.
