I didn’t like it except for the location. The door was locked, there was no toilet in the room, I called the front desk and they asked a weird question about how I got in, even though I had bought a service on Booking and followed the instructions. They said they’d open the door, but they didn’t, so I had to call the police—who didn’t help at all—and I suffered physical and emotional pain. I’m grateful the staff opened another room for me, I slipped the keys through the window and they unlocked it. The front desk was extremely unhelpful.

“Great!”

The staff were friendly, the decor had a nice live plant, and the interior style was good. I think a camera in the public corridor would help monitor inappropriate guest behavior, explain why shoes were scattered or why a book was left on the floor, or why someone repeatedly tried to enter other guests’ rooms when they shouldn’t.

I liked the location, even though we stayed between two bars, there was no nighttime noise, and the shared bathroom and shower were well stocked with hygiene supplies. I didn’t like that there was no TV; the TV with internet requires a login, so nothing could be turned on without it. It’s also inconvenient to use the shared bathroom and shower with all the rooms.

The room amenities were great, with a private kitchen and bathroom. The only downside is that the building has no elevator.

The location is very central! The place is clean and comfortable. The bed is cozy and the stay was excellent.
