The spot is convenient for getting around, especially the airport, and the self‑check‑in is handy. However, the bed squeaks against the floor with every slight movement, the shower’s water pressure is so weak it’s hard to get clean, the towels smell bad and need new ones and a wash‑machine clean‑up, the sheets are yellow‑stained everywhere, and there are so many mosquitoes outside that you can’t keep the window open for long.

The room is comfortable, clean, and spacious, making it suitable for a two‑day stay if you don’t mind the staff not disturbing you. The housekeeping service is missing, which I didn’t notice when booking; for a short stay it might be tolerable, but it would be far more respectable to ensure the room is cleaned every other day—emptying trash, tidying up, swapping bath towels, and replenishing the welcome kit. After all, vacationers don’t want to deal with chores unless they’re renting a whole house. The towels were a bit stiff and not very fragrant. The property sits inside a condominium overlooking the entrance courtyard; unfortunately, in the morning there was some noise from residents passing by, so I’d suggest they keep the volume lower. Finally, when I opened the window I spotted mosquitoes, so installing screens would greatly improve guest comfort.

The owner was very friendly at every stage and gave us all the necessary information. The location is great—close to the metro, which makes touring Rome much easier, and there are several cafés nearby for breakfast and restaurants, plus a small local market with fresh fruit and vegetables just next door. The area is quiet and peaceful. The room was very nice and clean, we felt very comfortable, and there was Wi‑Fi. Thank you very much to the hosts for this pleasant stay in Rome; we highly recommend it!

The room is bright with an air‑conditioner, clean sheets, a comfortable bed, a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, and a small fridge. The door is thin, so you can hear neighbors loudly, and the shower water pressure is weak.
