The hotel sits close to the gate and the wall entrance, but the room was practically microscopic, leaving no space for luggage—just a spot by the reception. Everything could be heard through the window, and we even found a cockroach in the room.

This hotel’s position is incredibly central inside Khiva’s walls, yet the breakfast didn’t meet my expectations; I wanted more variety even though it was a buffet. Cleanliness was good and the staff were ready to meet needs, and they switched my room upon request because I found it too small.

The staff were friendly and the location was great, with a quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds. However, breakfast lacked butter, the coffee machine was awkward or broken, and the bathroom had an extremely small sink.

位置极佳就在古城北门进来就是，非常安静。逛古城非常方便。应该是年轻老板，英文好，交流方便。安排的接机服务非常到位，早餐非常丰盛。酒店服务人员非常有礼貌。在退房的时候入住小白条已主动打好，完全不需要废口舌。逛古城非常方便。房间有冷热空调。. 房间卫生有待加强，入住时床上床单不是非常干净。发现了头发，自己全部抖了一遍。
