The room is very spacious, especially the bed, which is huge and very comfortable. The hotel is in an area where you can walk to all city attractions and taxis can easily pick you up to go to the airport in 45 minutes. They offer completely free laundry service. The only downside is breakfast, which from a European perspective has very little variety.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast offered a good variety that even satisfied Western tastes. However, the room lacked a fridge, which is a serious omission given the temperatures. The room was not cleaned; there was a lot of dust and grime under the bed, and a tea cup that had been used stayed on the dirty desk for three days without being removed.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location right in the center of Guilin was perfect. The staff were very helpful with our travel logistics, holding our large suitcases overnight while we visited Longji and arranging their shipment to Shanghai, which made everything much easier and we really appreciated their assistance.
