“Absolut gruselig!”
I’m only rating the Crisari Hotel because I couldn’t use the Caraty; the room wasn’t ready!!! Both look very similar. I just want to warn people not to book such a downtrodden place and then deal with the hassle! The only thing I liked was the close proximity to the train station, nothing else!! Absolutely nothing. The blue photos are of the unfinished Caraty, the other photos are of the Crisari Hotel on the opposite street, same provider. Overall it was terrible. Starting with the service, the man who showed me the room was unfriendly, and I had to wait forever for my personal check‑in and check‑out times even though I had the info beforehand. The room hadn’t been cleaned by the previous owner—how could that be if a booking was confirmed? I was then shown a second room in another building that wasn’t much better! Just walking into the hallway was scary; I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I could feel every spring on the back of the bed! There was no soap, no toilet paper, the sheets were dirty, the drain was clogged, which previous reviewers had already mentioned, and yet Booking still lists these accommodations? Incredibly!
