The hotel was very good.

The hotel was very good, close to the railway station, the rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and polite; everything was good.

I gave it a 9 out of 10.

The staff service could be better. The experience was the worst, with a complete communication gap among staff, no cleaning, and the bed was terrible with a dusty bedsheet and blanket.

The place was spotless, but the location was an issue.
