The room was huge, breakfast plentiful, staff friendly, spa and pool were fine. As soon as we entered the room we immediately noticed a strong damp smell. We mentioned several times at reception that two little kids had been coughing at night, their clothes absorbed the odor, and even with the window open the kitchen was stuffy. The only thing they offered was to bleach the damp stains. The décor was very old and the rooms worn out.

The hotel was great, very clean, and the pools were fantastic for kids. The baby pool had leaves and debris that needed attention.

What I liked most was the cleanliness of the room. The buffet leaves a lot to be desired, the water was frozen in the spa area in October, we came specifically to enjoy the Spa and couldn’t, and the beds are impossible to sleep in.

The location is truly top, close to the beach, shops, and a bus stop that easily takes you to Alcúdia, Cala Ratjada, Palma, etc. The property is very pleasant: everything is clean and well maintained. There are indoor pools as well as an outdoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna. A luggage storage is available, plus a shower room for a quick rinse before the flight, which is really handy. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options! Finally, the staff are very attentive and pleasant.
