The fresh air at this hotel was a welcome respite from the sweltering heat outside, and the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, which was a lovely touch. The hotel itself is surrounded by plenty of greenery and has a spacious feel, which was a nice bonus.

I was really impressed with Muong Sang Farmstay's serene hilltop setting, which made it the perfect escape from the city chaos. The location might be a bit far from the main town, but it's a great base for exploring the nearby Dai Yem waterfalls and the glass bridge. The staff went above and beyond when I had to change my booking at the last minute, and their hospitality was genuinely exceptional. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat.

The room was pretty disappointing, especially considering the price. The cleanliness was a major issue - I found hair on the floor and dust on the furniture. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful when I checked in late. Unfortunately, the location was also a bit of a letdown, with a lot of noise from the street outside.
