“Gerne wieder, aber kleine Verbesserungsmöglichleiten”

We wanted a room on the upper floor, which was very hot and the air‑conditioning was broken; instead we got a room on the middle floor, which was fine. We checked out very early and received a breakfast package without any hassle. The air‑conditioning wasn’t checked and we had to insist quite strongly on a different room. The coffee selection at breakfast could be more varied, and a cheese option would be nice. The rooms could use a bit more light in the right spots.

The hotel is well equipped, comfortable, the breakfast is very good, and the pool is magnificent.

The pool was great, close to the centre and shops. The air‑conditioning didn’t work well and was very noisy. We asked the reception for water, they refused to sell it to us and sent us to a closed local shop. The beach is lined with concrete. The beds are very hard.

I love everything! We’ve been coming for the third year to Sudala. I like its location relative to the infrastructure. I like the grounds – very cosy, green, clean. The staff tries, keeps the place tidy and orderly. The food this time also pleased me, it hasn’t gotten worse. The room was clean and spacious. Cleaning was daily, we didn’t find any faults, we were satisfied with everything. Towels were changed daily without problems. A second chair in the room wouldn’t hurt. The beach looks visually nicer, umbrellas, loungers – there were always free ones. The sea is unforgiving, it mercilessly tries to take part of the shore, but the hotel tries, makes the beach area more comfortable. On the beach there’s massage, you have to book it at the restaurant. Overall, we were very happy with our holiday! I would like the hotel to set up a rewards or loyalty system for its regular guests. I love everything!

Nice resort, close to the centre and restaurants. Good breakfast. Attentive breakfast staff. It lacked a nice beach. You get to the sea via huge sacks and a ladder.
