“J’y retournerais avec plaisir !”

The conviviality, the beautiful rooms with garden terraces, the superb pool, and the sense that everything is geared toward guest comfort were impressive; the room soundproofing is flawless, and the hosts’ discretion and kindness are noteworthy. The delicious breakfasts in a charming room, and the free‑roaming chickens in the garden, were also highlights—super. There was nothing negative at all.

The extensive breakfast, the well‑cared-for rooms, plenty of space and corners with seating by the pool and in the garden, and many informational brochures with local tips were all good; the atmosphere felt a bit closed off, and I was a little worried about staining the nice rooms. A car is definitely needed for the area, and there are no restaurants or places for dinner that can be reached without a car.

The location is spot‑on and the room feels genuinely comfortable. Breakfast changes each morning, which is nice, and the pool was perfect during the heatwave. Helpful tips were also given: we didn’t even have to look up what to do or where to eat. The heat was intense, but that had nothing to do with the place. Everything else was flawless.
