The price and location were good. The room had three beds, but we had booked for two, so they assumed we were a couple and only provided sheets for one bed. No one was on the floor to check in or resolve any issues.

The location was great, the staff were pleasant, and they let us leave our luggage there after check‑out until we collected it hours later when our train departed. There were blankets with stains that gave a bad impression, and the shared bathroom was next to the reception, which is neither comfortable nor pleasant.

We found the apartment without trouble and the host’s communication was very good, yet the bed linens and towels were old and worn, the place wasn’t as clean or tidy as we expected, so overall the cleanliness and condition could use improvement.

La habitación está muy bien ubicada: a cinco minutos de Palermo Centrale y a 15min andando de la calle principal de Palermo. Silencioso. El alojamiento es sencillo pero tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el baño que compartes con la habitación de al lado estaba siempre limpio y ordenado. La cama es muy cómoda. Tiene una cocina con todo lo que puedas necesitar y había aceita, sal y cosas que dejaban otros huéspedes. No hay cafetera italiana. En todo momento la comunicación fue muy fácil y nos dejaron dejar las maletas el último día en el alojamiento para poder seguir visitando Palermo
