I stayed at this brand‑new, beautifully decorated place that feels like a classy, comfy home. It’s a rare spot of calm in India, just a minute from the village’s main business street to escape the crowds, a few minutes’ walk to the Stepwell, and only a couple of turns from Amber Fort. The balcony/rooftop offers a tall view over the mountains and ancient walls, letting you spot forts, temples, and other historic sites—truly stunning. The common area is spacious, the décor thoughtful, and the bed is very comfortable. The only drawback is the hot water, which comes from an electric tank heater typical of India, so a quick shower is recommended; however, it heats up fast and everyone can share it easily. I’m fully satisfied: the host family is wonderful, staff member Dilkush is kind and excellent, and the view is amazing—definitely worth it!

I’m very grateful for staying here during Diwali; the family welcomed us into their home, shared their traditions, and made us feel part of the family. The place itself is amazing and surpassed our expectations, largely thanks to Dilkush, who went above and beyond to keep us comfortable and provide everything we needed. The location is great—quiet yet close to major attractions like Amber Fort, not too far from the city, and the breakfast is fabulous. No issues at all, 10/10 stay.
