The room was never cleaned, roaches were everywhere, the restroom was dirty, the sink leaked water, the TV was terrible, the room was very dirty, and the towels were dirty.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, but the bathroom door literally fell apart when we tried to close it, the whole bottom fell out and crumbled all over the floor, and the room stunk; I don’t know what died in there or when, but it smelled horrible.

The reception had no staff to attend the rooms, the rooms smelled bad and were not at all pleasant, there were people blocking the office parking, they were intoxicated, it was a complete failure, I would not return, I cancelled and they did not refund my money, the Indians were despotic and rude and they attended me through a machine like an ATM, a great disappointment, how can they be so rude. Nothing I liked, rooms were dirty and stinky, people were intoxicated at the reception, it seemed like they were living there, I would not recommend it at all if you look at the Indians who are despotic and rude, they didn’t refund me.

Friendly desk staff. Cockroaches - a lot of them. Noise for most of the night - itinerants and the mentally ill seem to gather in reception and talk loudly to themselves / each other
